Friar House Apartment Hotel received full detailed and listed planning consent this week for a 14 bedroom boutique apartment hotel.  Our team have been working closely with the city council to develop the dilapidated Georgian town house.

The Grade II listed property has had a salubrious recent history but following the decision it is full steam ahead to restore and enhance this unique part of Newcastle’s City Centre.
